TAMPA, Fla., May 18, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- "We did it," said Robert Ritchie, President and CEO of American Integrity Insurance. "Achieving so many visits in such a short amount of time is a new record for our company."

On May 14, 2012, American Integrity launched its "100/100" campaign to visit 100 agencies in 100 hours. Three teams fanned out across the Jacksonville, FL, region to call on as many independent agencies representing American Integrity as possible. "It was a fun way to challenge ourselves but also to demonstrate our commitment to the terrific agencies that represent us," Ritchie added.

In just over 90 hours, the team visited 104 agency locations. "It took planning, coordination and strong teamwork to make this happen," said Pat Hankins, Territory Sales Manager. "The agents seemed to enjoy it and appreciate being part of a company milestone," she added.

The American Integrity team had daily huddle meetings to compare notes and stay on-course. "It helped to coordinate and track the number of visits so we could measure our progress," said Hankins. "I think the agents also appreciated the fact that while we took this challenge seriously, it was also about connecting and supporting our agents."
